Our elaborate white wine base is entrusted to an operator who will ensure the foaming, the aging on slats for several months in an underground cellar and finally the disgorging with liqueur. We have chosen a Crémant brut, with a 6g/l liqueur dosage, optimum between elegance and persistence for this wine.
As an aperitif or dessert, to celebrate life’s precious moments!
With smoked salmon, oysters and shellfish. With gougères or semi-cooked foie gras. Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
