ROSÉ UN AIR D’ÉTÉ

Aromas, freshness and persistence

“Beautiful, very pale pink color. A particularly expressive nose, with notes of wild strawberries and citrus fruits. The palate is delicate and creamy thanks to the aging on lees. Salivating and fresh, everything you expect from a rosé.”

Character

Un Air d’été is produced by directly pressing Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The harvest is specific and precedes that of the reds in order to capture the freshness. Slow pressing under an inert atmosphere to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grape. Aged on lees in vats until bottling.

Food & Wine Pairings

Wine for pleasure and outdoors. It is ideal as an aperitif and its structure allows it to remain on the table throughout the meal. It will accompany grilled meats, sushi, or homemade pizzas. Delicious with a raspberry tiramisu.
