“Beautiful deep red color. A nose of cherry and red fruits with small smoky notes. Beautiful aromatic complexity on the palate with notes of red and black fruits, vanilla. The finish is all finesse and elegance. Seductive and racy.”
We are looking for a light woodiness that will round out the tannins without distorting the fruit and the terroir of Peychaud. Mainly composed of Merlot, the special cuvée is a silky, fine wine, with a very beautiful aromatic complexity (spices, small red and black fruits). The aging in 400l French oak barrels allows it to express power and elegance.
It accompanies gourmet cuisine such as a nice piece of meat, mature cheeses. Vanilla desserts. Chocolate.
