CHÂTEAU PEYCHAUD

Structure, balance and respect for the fruit

“Beautiful dense purple-ruby color. Fruit, combined with sweet spices. When swirled, the aromatic complexity takes hold, with notes ranging from morello cherry to spices, which gives it a lot of deliciousness. A nicely long finish.”

Character

A subtle blend of our three grape varieties, Château PEYCHAUD is a fruity, unwooded wine, an authentic reflection of our terroir, with the search for balance as its guiding principle.
We have chosen a high proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon, which brings fruit and a good tannic structure. The vinification is traditional, with a long 18-month aging process to give the aromas and tannins time to unify.
